Akron Animal Hospital has a full service grooming salon. We can groom all breeds of dogs AND cats. Our 2 certified pet groomers have the right combination of experience and compassion to make your pet’s experience an enjoyable one.

Our groomers keep your pet’s health and comfort first and foremost. Whether you are looking for a breed standard show cut, a cute pet trim, or just a clean up to help your senior dog stay comfortable, our staff will work with you to get your pet looking and feeling great.

Each grooming appointment will include a bath with one of our premium quality shampoos and conditioners. The pet’s coat will then be thoroughly dried and brushed to remove dead hair, tangles and matting. Toenails and pads will be trimmed back, and ears will be cleaned. Clients will be offered a complete consultation prior to the groom to decide which pet trim works best for their pet, their lifestyle, and their budget.

For your convenience, appointments are available 6 days a week including Saturdays. Pets must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Kennel Cough vaccines. Call to schedule a day and time that works best for you!
